Robyn Gray combines her role as a Licensed Real Estate Agent with her Town Planning Consultancy that provides her with a wealth of property knowledge. Commencing her property journey with Young's Real Estate in 1996, Robyn subsequently worked as a property buyer for the Department of Housing before gaining her qualifications as a Town Planner. Robyn then worked for Delfin/Lend Lease as a Planning Consultant assisting with planning and subdivision approvals in the Craigieburn and Caroline Springs Estates.

In 2004 Robyn established her town planning consultancy with this business growing to become ARG Planning and now GrayKinnane. In addition, Robyn provides Project Management Services to the noy-for-profit sector in the construction of housing projects.

Robyn's unique skill set gives her an understanding of the full development process from purchase, through the approval process, project construction and ultimately sale of property.

Robyn has developed an extensive network of contacts the property industry that gives her the opportunity to directly market sites to a range of developer clients, operating in the residential, commercial and industrial markets.

Robyn is highly regarded and sought after in the property industry, bringing her high energy approach to her many roles.

Andrew Gray is an accomplished town planner with extensive professional experience. With over three decades of experience, Andrew has made significant contributions to both local government and private consultancy. 

He began his career in local government, where he honed his skills in regulator frameworks, community engagement, and sustainable development practices. Transitioning to the role of a consultant, Andrew provided expert advice on numerous development projects in a wide range of fields including:

•  Mixed-use developments

• Commercial and industrial property

• Residential property

• Subdivision proposals

• Covenants

Andrew also appears regularly as an advocate at VCAT, both in relation to compulsory conferences and full hearings.

Tertiary qualifications:

• Bachelor of Planning and Design with Honours from Melbourne University 

• Graduate Diploma in Heritage Planning from Victoria University.
