Robyn Gray combines her role as a Licensed Real Estate Agent with her Town Planning Consultancy that provides her with a wealth of property knowledge. Commencing her property journey with Young's Real Estate in 1996, Robyn subsequently worked as a property buyer for the Department of Housing before gaining her qualifications as a Town Planner. Robyn then worked for Delfin/Lend Lease as a Planning Consultant assisting with planning and subdivision approvals in the Craigieburn and Caroline Springs Estates.
In 2004 Robyn established her town planning consultancy with this business growing to become ARG Planning and now GrayKinnane. In addition, Robyn provides Project Management Services to the noy-for-profit sector in the construction of housing projects.

Andrew Gray is an accomplished town planner with extensive professional experience. With over three decades of experience, Andrew has made significant contributions to both local government and private consultancy.
He began his career in local government, where he honed his skills in regulator frameworks, community engagement, and sustainable development practices. Transitioning to the role of a consultant, Andrew provided expert advice on numerous development projects in a wide range of fields including:
